TDC Staff

The TDC Staff consists of highly trained talented and qualified professionals with experience training students for professional dance careers. Our teachers are from diverse professional backgrounds.

All teachers and staff work closely together to build an array of young dancers, in the areas of dance and the performing arts.


Michelle Bell-Blossom

Founder/Executive Director

Michelle Bell-Blossom founded the Dance Connection Dance Academy in 1989. It was Michelle’s vision that her school would be one of the best dance schools in the Los Angeles area.

 

TDC was established to provide prospective students with the highest level of training necessary to launch professional careers in dance.

 


Brittany Blossom

Ballet/Jazz/Hip-Hop

Ms. Brittany began her training with TDC Dance Academy, and continued her studies with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, Dance Theatre of Harlem and American Ballet Theatre.

Ms. Brittany recently completed her Regional Broadway debut in Oklahoma. Ms. Brittany teaches in the pre-conservatory and conservatory programs. 

 


Ron E. Brown

Horton Technique

Mr. Ron is a former member of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. Mr. Ron is a master teacher of the Lester Horton Technique.

Mr. Ron brings his expertise to the Modern dance department at TDC. The children will experience different modern and post-modern techniques in Modern dance classes at TDC. Mr. Ron teaches Modern and West African Dance at colleges and universities in southern California.

 


Kelby Brown

Classical Ballet

Mr. Kelby comes to TDC with expertise in classical ballet. His creative energy combined with innovative choreography gives our students the opportunity to experience cutting edge choreography.

 

Mr. Kelby has just completed a tour with Celine Dion and teaches professional dance classes in Hollywood.

 


Angela Jordan

Jazz Funk

Ms. Angela is currently working on a MA Degree in Dance at UCLA.

 

Ms. Angela currently teaches West African Dance and Jazz Funk classes at TDC, and colleges and universities in the Los Angeles area. Ms. Angela has recently returned from New Guinea where she studied West African Culture.

 


Jeffery  (JL) Williams

Tap

Jeffery is performing in the broadway musical FELA.

Jeffery has taught Tap classes and has performed around the world. Some of his recent credits include: FELA, Five Guys Named Moe, Sophisticated Ladies, and 42nd Street.

 


Everlois Beard

Office Clerk

Ms. Everlois, is a faithful fan of TDC Dance Academy.

 

Ms. Everlois is always happy to greet you with a smile, and give you the necessary information to enroll your child.
